On receipt of confirmation of booking, the client is to pay 30% of the total rental amount, generally by means of a bank transfer or by other payment methods agreed on. The owners will provide the client with confirmation of payment of the deposit.
The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival or by Bank Transfer before arrival.
No penalty up to 30 days from the stay.
Should the client cancel the booking for any reason, he/she will be entitled to repayment of the amount paid less a booking fee and a penalty as listed below:

• from 29 to 10 days before departure 50%;
• from 9 to 4 days before departure 75%;
• from 3 to 0 days before departure 100%.
